Is it possible for two pieces to be identical? Rarely. That’s the beauty of artisanal work.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be thrilled with your historical treasure. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you've got 30 days to initiate a return. Please ensure items are in their original packaging. We don't accept returns on custom-sourced items once the sourcing process has been finalized and production has begun.

3. Custom Sourcing Liability

Our custom order sourcing is a premium service. While we endeavor to find the exact replica you specify, Petra Cart acts as an intermediary with global craftsmen. We're responsible for quality control, but we aren't liable for delays caused by international shipping logistics or customs clearances in Melbourne or abroad.
